4. Checking often
Check on your plants often. Then you can always know what is going on…if you need more or less water for example. Also not all of your plants will be ready to harvest at the same time, so you can make sure you are not waiting too long and missing out on the best part of your garden!
5. Start small
I think with anything new it’s good to dip your toes in first, and then work your way up to whatever goal you have.
6. Make it a family affair
Gardening can be a great new hobby for you and your spouse to do together, and even better..involve the kids! You’ll have so much fun, and learn together as you see your garden grow from seeds to your table!
